And now for something completely different
This little fellow and his family were frequent visitors to my TN Father in Law's backyard.

We have a big one that hangs out in our backyard and our neighbors.
I can get within 8 feet of that dude before he's had enough.
Man I'm gonna have mixed feelings about him if I decide to grow a vegetable garden!
30 feet is air rifle or archery field point range!

I've got some good bun bun recipes. Yum!
My only problem is I often only see them fleetingly as the border collie likes to chase them if I don't look out the window before I let her loose in the mornings and she doesn't share. I blame the NEA as she was not taught proper sharing of bun buns in kindergaarten, she runs off and eats them all by herself and then comes back all bloody with nothing left to share. :-)
Garden and buns are a good combination because fresh veg makes up an important part of some of my bun bun recipes.
Oh, more or less deer proof fencing works pretty well to keep the buns out if you keep an eye on things, though they sometimes burrowed under my wire deer fencing until I extended it about a foot below ground level.
